Why do my heels always wear out so fast?
Question by Guest | 2015-07-04 at 16:32
I despair! I can never enjoy my high heels or other high shoes for a long time! Hardly two or three times worn, the heels are already broken again.
Does anyone of you have made a similar experience with high heels? Do you maybe have an advise for me what I can do? And why are those shoes so quickly damaged? Is it the pool quantity? And I walking in a wrong way or should I do something different?
What advice can you give me so that I have something more from the shoe?

If you are heel is broken or worn out, that is still no reason to throw away the shoes.
The first heels of any shoe I have bought so far, usually have not hold particularly long. Fortunately, I have found a good shoemaker in my city who dismounts the plastic part at the bottom of the heels in order to replace it with a high-quality one.
You cannot see any difference, but the shoes are holding much longer and the only thing you have to do is to replace the cap from time to time.
Important: of course, you can only do that if the heels are not yet completely ruined. So, do not wait until you are walking on the iron!

I recommend to go to a good shoemaker or cobbler. He can put a cap of steel at the bottom of your heel. With this, the heels should hold forever!

You don't have to despair! As already said, you need a very good master shoemaker. I always have my pumps and high heels reworked into metal heels.
The click clack doesn't make lonely, lots of people are always looking after me. Every now and then women ask me why I only wear metal heels. This allows me to better represent my gait and running style and gives me security.
Have a lovely Sunday...
