Software update to Android 4.2.2 in Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1

My samsung galaxy tab 2 10.1 runs Android 4.0.4 OS, is it possible for me to upgrade to 4.2.2 or even the latest 4.3 version of android OS. If possible pls how.

First of all, you should look up, if there is an official update for your device. Just use the internal function at "Settings > About Device > Software Update" for this.
If there is no official update available, you can do the update manually. However, I would only do this if you know what you are doing! Please keep in mind: You are loosing your warranty for the device by doing so.
First, you have to root the device (here is an explanation) and in this forum you can get the ROMs for 4.2.2 or 4.3. Again: This is not the official, recommended way - you are loosing your warranty.
So, if you are not aware of what you are doing, you should wait for the official update. I think, in August, Samsung has started providing the 4.2. update for the Galaxy Tab 2.10 in some countries, so maybe, it is enough to wait some days or weeks.
