Only replace whole Words in File Names
Question by Mail Request | 2022-03-14 at 17:49
If I only want to replace "fur" by "für" in a file name, but there should be no replacements within names or whole words, such as "Frankfurt", how can this be done? Is there a function such as "change only whole words" available?

For that, you can work with regular expressions in the FileRenamer.
In the area "Changes > Name > Search and Replace":
Within regular expressions, \b stands for the beginning and the end of a word.
