Can we convert DVB-C signals to DVB-T?
If yes, approx what it may cost? And, if possible, let me know the procedure.

Perhaps you can try something like the "PALIOS-CTM4 DVB-T/-T2/-C Transmodulator" or "X-DVB-C Multinorm Twin" which can be used to transform digital signals to analog signals. Is this something you can use for that?
But this would be a very expensive solution. Much easier and cheaper it would be to buy a receiver or TV that supports DVB-C directly than converting it.
