.VL using 5G of storage on my phone

What does .VL mean on my phone?
My phone says no storage left and when I went to delete some stuff this symbol is top of the list using over 5GB but I'm afraid to delete it cos I don't know what it means? Anyone know?

That seems to be a folder created by the App Video Locker which can be used to hide videos to only show them in a hidden gallery.
So, this folder seem to contain your hidden videos. Whether you want to keep those videos or you want to delete them, I don't know.
If there is also a folder named .PL, this is the folder containing your hidden photos created by the App Photo Locker.
