Christmas Tree into the Organic Waste?
Question by Guest | 2016-01-26 at 16:53
Christmas is over and now the annual question arises again: where to put the Christmas tree?
Is there anything speaking against minimizing the tree and throwing it into the organic waste collection bin? Or do I again have to go to the woods with it secretly?

If you have taken off the entire Christmas decoration such as lametta tinsel and so on, the Christmas tree is only consisting of usual fir brake. And then there is nothing speaking against the biowaste.
However, my town is providing an extra collection for old Christmas trees. Just have a look on the Internet whether there is something similar also in your city (I think that would be the easiest solution). Otherwise, undecorate it and off with it into the organic waste bin (if it is fitting)!
