How to improve ability at work?

I graduated from collage and start working at a architecture company. I am not a designer but a business developer. There are lots of thing I still need to learn. How to improve interpersonal skill, speaking skill and so on. Any suggestion for me? Thank you.

If you're still working there, I would go for the paradigm "learning by doing".
Just do the work, you have to do and each day, you can learn something more. If you need some more information, you can research the information you need at home after work (if it is a problem to do that at work).
