Linux/Ubuntu: GTK-Warning: Unable to locate theme engine in module_path: "pixmap"
Question by Guest | Last update on 2021-07-26 | Created on 2016-07-25
When starting a graphical program with GUI via the command line (terminal) in Linux (Ubuntu), regularly, I get the following error message:
Gtk-Warning **: Unable to locate theme engine in module_path: "pixmap"
What can be the reason for that? Is it a buggy or erroneous application or might also be the Linux/Ubuntu-System causing this?
On other systems or when starting the same program on the same system with clicking on the icon, the error does not occur.
