Friends knowing I am against lgbt are reacting to my posts with the new rainbow reaction. How can I delete those reactions? How can I block those reactions on my timeline?

Unfortunately that will be hard. As far as I know it is not possible to block reactions of a certain type, you can only block on user basis. And because they are attacking you from various accounts, you have no chance in that system.
