Print Font Name Instead of "Sample Text"

Question by Guest | Last update on 2022-10-19 | Created on 2018-04-02

In PrintMyFonts is it possible to include an option to print the Font name in its associated font (instead of putting in a phrase for example text)?

This is already possible.

Just follow the following steps:

  1. Activate the option "Text written in the Font" at the right of the main window.
  2. Enter the placeholder %name% into the text box under that option.
  3. Deactivate the option "Text written in default Font".

The placeholder %name% stands for the font name. It can be used in both text fields, the one for the text written in the font and the one for the text written in the default font. If you only want to show one of them, you can deactivate the other.

By default, the phrase "Sample Text" is written in the font, you can just exchange "Sample Text" with %name% to get what you want.

I hope I could help you.
