Yes, the date is already concrete: The opening match of the Euros 2016 will take place at 21:00 clock in the Saint-Denis Stadium (Stade de France) on June 10, 2016.
The match will be the host country France against Romania.
By the way, the finals will be exactly one month later on July 10, 2016 also at 21:00 clock in the same stadium.
