Drag and drop inhibited in W11

I just installed Filelist Creator. Unfortunately I just can not add folders/ files as the are inhibited while the inhibit icon is shown.

Pleas advice.

If you drag a file that is stored on your desktop onto the program, it shows that symbol? Or is it any special folder?
