Gel Nails: May I mix different Gels?
Question by Guest | 2014-08-07 at 09:07
Could it be a problem to mix different sorts of gel (for example, gels produced in different companies) when modeling the finger nails?
Some time ago, I have heard, that you should not mix several gel varieties of various companies because when doing so, there is always the risk that the nails can break or that they do not hold.
That is why, I have never dared to try it. What do you think? Do you have any experience with mixing several gels?

I think that I have not had any nail modeling in my life, where I have not mixed different gels.
Therefore, in my experience, it is no problem at all.

I have also never had any problems with mixing gels.
In my opinion, some companies have put this rumor in the world to force people to stay. In some cookbooks, it is the same when they are writing that you should take all products only from a specific company.
