How to set Filelist Creator to Monitor a Folder

This function is mentioned in the features but there is no explanation as to how setup it up.
Can you explain how to setup the FilelistCreator to monitor a Folder added.

This option is only available in the old Windows version of the program.
You can still download this version on the download page of the Filelist Creator.
At the top of the window, you can enter a path to a folder and check the option "Watch Content of Folder" to activate this function.
