What kind of exercise suitable for mind relax?

Sleeping problem troubles me lately. So I think doing exercise is useful for solving the problem. I've taken medicine but for health's sake, its the best to go outside and breath in fresh air.

You've given an answer to your own question. Go outside, breath some fresh air and slow down.
The best to fix your sleeping problems is to give your body time to come down in the evening. If you do something exciting or too much sports just before sleeping, your body is in action mode and you it will be hard for you to fall asleep.
So, the best exercise to come to sleep is no exercise. Or something very slowly and very relaxing.
