What are Standing Jeans?

A friend of mine said to me that she definitely intends to wear so-called "Standing Jeans" at the party on Saturday, because she wants to look extra pretty and sexy.
I have never heard that term before and I have not dared to ask her what she is talking about. She gave me the feeling that everyone should know what kind of jeans those standing jeans are. That is why I did not ask.
Maybe, anyone knows more about that. What are those jeans?

Standing Jeans are jeans that are so tight that you can not sit down in them. In the hip, these pants are so tight that you can not fully flex your hips. That is why they are called standing jeans - you can only stand in them or at most lean against something.
Standing Jeans are worn in occasions you want to look especially nice, but you do not come to the embarrassment to sit down. For example, at parties or for walks on a first date.
