Ballerina with Heels - New fashion?
Question by Nata | 2016-06-29 at 11:30
Hi, in my language forums there, ask here. 12 year old daughter of my neighbor was wearing very strange shoes, like the toe shoes a ballerina, only with heels. I had never seen one.
I thought it was a youthful joke, but then I saw her 2 times in the store and was walking the dog in these boots. My opinion is they are very uncomfortable. Or am I mistaken? This new wave in fashion? Thank you.

Oh, there are so many different high heel styles out there today!
There are even sneakers and chucks with heels available! I like it, its amazing. Why not putting heels under ballerinas? That is fashion! Making a beautiful shoe from a usual standard shoe.
Why do you think they could be more uncomfortable compared to other high heels?
2016-06-29 at 15:12
Why uncomfortable? For example I am on the heel of 10 cm are hardly stand, and these do not only stand but to walk. My head is not clear).
I made a video on the phone in the store, but it is removed on the host, do not know why. And in this age heels are bad to wear, it was written about it.

My tip for you is: Practice and start at a lower level heel.
Do not start walking with those extreme heels, start with some high shoes of about 4 or 6 cm or so. If you manage to walk on them, you can try some higher ones.

I understand. But to walk in boots like a ballet shoes with heels need special training or anatomy of the foot.
2016-07-21 at 01:40
Yes of course. What shoe size do you have?
If you have very small feet, it will be much more difficult to come to that height because the angle of each foot must be much higher to reach the height.

My size is 38. I can walk in heels 10cm, if the above is platform. But in Pointe shoes with heels can not) And it would be shocking to the public)

Okay, the question is: do you really want to have such ballet shoes and is your desire to be able to wear them or not?
2016-07-22 at 00:51
To be honest, I also want such shoes, learn so confident and graceful in her walk. How to learn it? The girl I'm talking about gymnastics, it weighs about 40 kg, in my case, harder).

Oh I knew it! You want to walk like her!
Yes there is only one way: you have to practice and you have to start with heels that are not that height. If you want to walk gracefully, you can not start with the highest ones, it will never look as smoothly as it should.
Do you also want to loose some weight?
2016-07-27 at 02:09
I want. But unlikely to succeed. Tried many times, reset the weight, then gained again. I already found a store with these boots. Beautiful. I don't know to buy or not. The price is high. 199.00 EUR.

If I may ask, what is your weight?
Perhabs you just buy them, put them somewhere in your room where you can see them all the time. And then it gives you the motivation to reach your aims.

My weight is 65 kg. I want to reach a level that is comfortable to walk in such shoes every day to work, to shops, to all the people pay attention on me. Buy these boots and I will train.
2016-07-28 at 14:50
But what should be that level? I think 65 should be okay?
Or do you want to reach 48 kg? How tall are you?
2016-07-28 at 15:42
My height is 168 cm, I want to weigh 55-60 kg, the less weight the easier it will be. I think so. To add at the bottom of the shoe insert of soft material, comfortable foot.
2016-07-28 at 16:23
Yes, I think so, too.
What is your plan to loose weight?
2016-07-30 at 01:48
So, a month of training and I wear these boots every day, with absolutely no problems. The only thing I have done is gave them in tailoring, Shoe repair, make the heel shorter by 1.5 cm and have metal taps. Conclusion-do not be afraid. Practice and succeed.

Hey Nata,
nice to hear from you again. Congratulations for your success!
Are you wearing special socks or inlays in those shoes to give your feet a better hold?
2016-11-14 at 13:32
Hi. At the time when I bought I didn't know that the inserts are on sale. One of the sites found, I want to buy. But without them quite comfortably. I understand one secret - it is very important that the size was very accurately matched. Then with tight lacing the load is evenly distributed across the foot, if a size smaller will be uncomfortable, and if more then a big burden will be on the lower part of the foot.

Thank you for sharing your experiences.
I also think that this is very important. Otherwise all of your weight is on your toes only.
